1 Introduction & Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between all players ("Player" or "you") who use the mmr44 platform and its related services ("Services") and mmr44 ("Company").

By using these Services, you confirm that you have read and understood all of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not continue using mmr44 Services.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

2 Access Eligibility

To use mmr44 services, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this service.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion program related to gambling.
• You must not have a previously banned account with the company.
• Each individual is allowed to open only one personal account.

The company may request verification of a player's personal information at any time to confirm eligibility.

3 Account Opening and Management

3.1 Account Registration Requirements

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts opened with false or incomplete information may be closed by the company and remaining funds may be withheld.

3.2 KYC Verification

When a withdrawal is requested, the company may ask for a copy of the player's national registration card or citizenship ID (Know Your Customer — KYC). This is for the player's protection and is a legal requirement under gambling and financial regulations.

3.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials and password confidential. Players are fully responsible for all payments and gameplay made from their account. Report any theft or unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].

3.4 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may only open one account at mmr44. If duplicate accounts are found, all funds including bonuses may be forfeited and the accounts may be closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

mmr44 accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. If a deposit is incomplete, contact the company immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is not complete.

4.3 Accepted Currency for Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. No currency conversion is involved.

4.4 Financial Review

If any financial irregularities are found, the company may hold a withdrawal and request clarification. You may not transfer, exchange, or handle funds that do not belong to you in any form.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmr44 welcome bonus is 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 44,000 Ks. You must wager 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• If the wagering requirement is not met within 7 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus can only be claimed once. It is not available for second registrations or subsequent deposits.
• The bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

mmr44 VIP levels consist of 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression from one tier to the next depends on consistent play history and spending. For details on VIP rewards, log in to your platform account to view.

6 Gameplay Guidelines

6.1 Fair Play

mmr44 strives to be a fair and transparent platform for all players. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) mechanisms.

6.2 Player's Own Decision

Players make their own decisions when playing. All betting decisions are the player's own responsibility, and the company is not liable for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software error causes an incorrect financial calculation, the company may correct it and reverse the game where necessary. Any funds resulting from a computer glitch are considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmr44 platform—

1. Bonus abuse — creating patterns to claim and withdraw bonuses
2. Arbitrage betting — placing bets in a way designed to minimise losses
3. Opening multiple accounts using different IP addresses or devices
4. Using the platform for money laundering purposes
5. Hacking into game results
6. Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person
7. Threatening, harassing, or engaging in activities that disturb other players

If any of these activities are found, the company may immediately suspend the player's account and void any bonuses without prior notice.

8 Security and Personal Data

Players' personal data will never be sold to third parties. It will not be shared except where required by legal requests or service operations.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Company's Right to Suspend

The company may suspend a player's account in the following situations—

• KYC verification has not yet been completed
• Suspicious irregular financial activity is detected
• A violation of these terms is under investigation

9.2 Self-Exclusion by Player

Players may request a temporary or permanent closure of their own account at any time in accordance with the Responsible Gaming policy.

9.3 Funds After Closure

Remaining deposits, excluding bonuses and funds that have not met wagering requirements, can be withdrawn if KYC is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mmr44 is not liable for—

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes
• Internet connection failures, server downtime, or issues arising from third-party services
• Losses resulting from the player's own decisions
• Events beyond the company's control before remedial action could be taken (force majeure)

11 Changes to Terms

mmr44 may update these terms at any time. If changes are made, advance notice will be given on the platform within a set period. Continuing to use the service after changes are published means the player accepts the updated terms.
